History About NGLCA

Nine local actors operating in Adamawa State have formed a
coalition to strengthen community resilience in the face of the
persisting humanitarian crisis in Northeast Nigeria. The region
has faced armed conflict with Boko Haram for over a decade and
is currently facing a food security crisis. The coalition is
addressing the effects of this complex situation on health,
economic livelihoods and education, especially for women, girls,
persons living with disabilities (PLWDs), internally displaced
persons (IDPs) and returnees in four highly impacted target
areas: Michika, Mubi-North, Hong and Gombi.
